    At this time, Maison Lya is exclusively online. I handpick and prepare every piece myself, and I’m always happy to answer questions or send more details if needed—just reach out!
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Yes! All jewelry is shipped in a beautiful pouch or box—ready to gift. If you'd like a handwritten note included, just leave a message at checkout.
  • Do you restock sold-out items?
    Some pieces, especially one-of-a-kind items (like vintage or handmade finds), are not restocked. However, popular items may return—feel free to reach out or follow me on Instagram for updates.

  • How do I know my ring size?

  • Are the jewelry pieces real gold or silver?
    Most pieces are gold-plated or sterling silver. Each product page includes detailed material info. If you need more specifics, feel free to message me!
  • Can I request a custom piece?
    At the moment, I do not offer full custom design—but I’m happy to help you find something special from my curated selection. Reach out and I’ll do my best!

  • Do you restore antique or damaged furniture?
    Maison Lya focuses on furniture relooking—aesthetic transformations rather than structural repairs. I update colors, finishes, and styles to give your piece a fresh, modern vibe.
  • What kind of furniture can you work on?
    Most wood-based furniture (dressers, nightstands, side tables, benches, etc.) is perfect for a makeover. If you're unsure, just send a photo and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
  • How do I request a quote for a furniture makeover?
    Visit the Services page or use the Contact Form to describe your piece. Upload a photo, and I’ll send you a personalized quote based on the size, materials, and work required.
  • Do you offer pickup and delivery?
    Yes—but only within 30 miles of Bethesda, Maryland, including Washington D.C. and parts of Northern Virginia. If you're unsure whether you're in the area, just ask!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Where do you ship?
    Currently, I ship within the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in an item, feel free to reach out—special cases can sometimes be arranged!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but usually take 3–5 days after dispatch.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the handmade and curated nature of the items, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
